Thank you for completing this online form, you will receive an email shortly confirming the details of the form you completed.  If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

As part of the process, you will need to send by post or hand deliver to the school the following documents:

  1. A signed copy of your completed form (provided by email) and bring it to the school office.  If you do not have a printer, the school can provide a copy for you to sign.
  2. The original of the Preference Certificate
  3. A copy of the Baptism certificate and
  4. A copy of the birth certificate and/or immigration documents
  5. A copy of the child’s most recent School Report (if transferring from a different school)

The application will not begin to be  processed until supporting documents’ have been given to the Principal’s PA
